Ratlam is in the Malwa region of Madhya Pradesh — the state that grows more chana and more soybean than any other in India. We are inside the growing belt, not buying from it at a distance. During arrival season we are at the mandis selecting lots ourselves.
Complete processing under one roof
Cleaning, de-stoning, grading, gravity separation and colour sortex all happen at our facility. Nothing is sent out for processing, so we know exactly what has been done to every lot and can hold a consistent specification across repeat orders.
